Background

Given the functionalities already in use by AC6 on their Calibration Plan, the following step was to put them at their customers' service, so that customers have access to all the documentation related to their measurement tools, as well as managing it according to their own needs.

The system

Using a password provided by AC6 Metrología, the customer can access the system via Internet, viewing and downloading data and certificates of their own measurement tools. All these are managed by AC6. Data available are all the calibration and event records, in which calibration results are included, as well as maintenance works, adjustments, etc. That is, all the information needed for a measurement tool to work correctly.

A utility installed on AC6 systems, integrated with all of their internal production applicactions and processes, loads all the information generated regarding the customer, putting it at their access on the system via the internet.

The customer company can create as many users of their own as they will. Custmoer users can also create their own documents, managing within the system data about measurement tools that have not been sent to AC6 Metrología
