BKOL online backup process

• User downloads the client application (Windows, Linux and MacOS compatible).
• Enters an encryption secret password that only he/she knows (using AES 128 or 256 bit cyphers or other available algorithms, as chosen).
• User selects data to be sent over to vSolutions.es servers.
• Selects whether to perform an additional local copy (as well compressed, encrypted and including version management)
• Selects agents (at no additionat cost) to carry out tasks with no service outages.
• Files are encrypted and compressed in the user's computer, they never leave the computer without having been encrypted.
• Data are sent over encrypted and compressed, so that no third party can access them, neither in transit nor when storaged.
• For the following backups (that can be programmed to be performed automatically), the same process is carried out, but only sending new or changed data.
• This way, back up process time si reduced, as well as consumed bandwidth.
• It is impossible to recover backed up information without the customer encryption password.
• If required, the system can store and recover different copies or versions, corresponding to different dates or processes.
• Different back up processes can be programmed depending on different data sets or requirements...
• If data amount to be recovered is so big that too much time is required to carry out the process via the Internet, there is also te possiblity to order (with an additional cost) physical media containing data (usb drive, DVD etc), which will be sent by courier to the customer in the shortest time possible.
